IHG’s Vignette hotel brand hits the Cote d’Azur

IHG has announced an interesting new signing on the Cote d’Azur.
Two existing beach hotels in Théoule sur Mer, currently trading as Tiara Miramar and Tiara Yaktsa, will join Vignette Collection next year after upgrades. A photo is above.
Tiara Miramar is part of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, for now, and is bookable for Hilton Honors points due to Hilton’s SLH partnership. Tiara Yaktsa, which has just 22 rooms, is currently part of Relais & Chateaux.
Vignette is IHG’s newly launched equivalent to Marriott’s Autograph Collection and Hilton’s Curio Collection. It allows independent hotels to join the IHG ‘system’ whilst retaining full control over their property. There are very few brand standards to meet apart from being an impressive hotel.
