voco Lythe Hill hotel in administration

IHG’s voco Lythe Hill Hotel & Spa in Haslemere has fallen into administration.
You can see the appointment of receivers on its Companies House filings page here.
The hotel is still taking bookings – the website makes no mention of the receivership – although this is normal in this situation.

The value of the property will fall sharply if it closes, the staff leave and the building starts to deteriorate.
If you have paid in advance for a stay then you should check whether your booking will be honoured.
If you have booked but not paid, you have no money at risk. However, you may want to make a back up reservation in case no buyers for the hotel come forward.
