I did Indigo Dubai (paid c23k pn if you book in advance) and paid cash to upgrade to suite (1 Bedroom Design suite for c£60pn). Solid 4* hotel, super friendly staff, good location (<10min to Dubai Mall), newish hotel (few years old). Good if you don’t want beach. They have a pool. Only benefit of status (Spire Amb) I got was f&b discount, can’t remember exact amount maybe 15%-30%.
CP Marina is cheaper than IC Marina and new might be worth looking into
Also IC Festival City seems to be raves about a lot too (no beach).
Curious to hear other people’s thoughts on IHG hotels, especially the budget ones e.g. Staybridge Internet City (12k some days)
@OP – are you looking for beach on footstep or don’t mind travelling to it?
