Thanks for the insight! And would you happen to know if indeed a Sterling Platinum issued via ICC is a “full service” card with the same suite of benefits and offers as one not issued via the ICC route (Amex Offers, self-service via Amextravel.com, support via chat/app and not just phone, etc.)?
