It’s just the morning EDI-LHR leg that’s messed up; the LHR to MLE may well be fine as the conditions may well be good for take-off by the time the flight is due to leave later this evening.

Are you on a BA holiday, per chance, or just flight only?

If holidays, the Duty office is very helpful.
