One bag per person, 23kg. You can buy more at OLCI for £65. If that was originally going to be on your PNR for the Club connection today, I’d put a complaint in to try to get the cash back.

As an FYI, Customer Service Central closed for a while earlier today under the pressure of rebookings. It seems to be sporadically opening, so be prepared for a long wait when you arrive if you use that. My advice would be to head for Galleries South and see if they’ll let you get in to see the desk in there for reticketing.
