What do you mean by no luck, you can’t get through or you have been refused?

But yes, if you use BA web chat or Twitter, explain what you want to do then they will ask for booking and security questions and take it from there. With Twitter it can take a few days to get sorted but you don’t have to sit and wait for a reply like with chat.
