I transferred all my Radisson points to Choice (now Strawberry!) for the exact same purpose. I used half for a long weekend in Oslo. We stayed in the Comfort Hotel Grand Central. I liked the look of the Thief but the location was a bit off and they had no twin rooms available which was a deal-breaker for that trip. The Grand Central is in a MUCH better location – arguably one of the best in the city – close to everything we wanted to check out. However it is very design focused and might not appeal to all – think a more extreme Moxy (eg with big murals in the room). I liked it and the space in the room was great, but a bit cramped at breakfast with less choice than average (and I think Nordic hotels don’t have the biggest breakfast spreads to begin with!). The value per point was great – IIRC 4 or 5 times the target value for a Radisson point.

I used the rest for a long weekend in Helsinki, staying at the F6. The value per point was even better, the hotel was great, the room was huge and the breakfast was lovely. The location was very good but not perfect – just the wrong side of the park for me, but my first choice (the Hotel Kamp) was not available.

I’ve not stayed in any of the Stockholm ones – sorry, but looking at the site there are loads of good options. My suggestion would be to pick an area first, then look at the nearby hotel – and make sure you click on each hotel to see what room categories are available – they don’t just offer one standard room type. Both times I booked there were larger, premium rooms available for the same price as a standard – which I was delighted to nab (and actually got on check in). I think you have to wait until 90 days out to book too.
