I always read your post which are factual and to the point.
But please remember it was iberia who initially advised me to call the police when I informed them the luggage had left the airport on Thursday.
Iberia’s view at that time was is isn’t possible for baggage to leave the airport without thier knowledge. They suspected the luggage had been removed surreptitiously.
On balance, and with today’s information, it does feel more like a cock up than a theft. But still a very interesting story for my grand kids (or the national press) and some very interesting airtag data.
Fingers crossed my bag makes it on the 8pm flight to LHR 7pm flight tonight. But I’m not holding my breath.
