@donlee – might be worth checking with AMEX. I used it at Jaguar Sun in Miami on January 20th, contacted AMEX via chat yesterday as still no credit. The transaction came through with a different address (La Familia Katanoh, Pizza, Katonah, NY 10536). Thankfully I’d kept the receipt showing the restaurant address in Miami which matches the one in the participating locations link for the offer. I have submitted it via upload facility and am waiting for it to be reviewed.
