Me too. Last month had free cash, a few days ago hit with £50, totally unexpectedly and unfortunately nothing can be done to reverse this

Why was it unexpected? You know Virgin doesn’t allow you to take out cash without paying a fee so trying to mask what you were doing by interposing Curve was bound to end in tears.
