I think you need to ask Virgin but, in principle, if you seek to void the agreement (ie exercise your cooling off period/14 day rights), it would be unusual for you to keep the benefits as they have to refund you the fee and you get 30 days to pay your balance.

I do think the perks should be honoured as my wife has “earned” the perks just as Virgin have earned the ££ card fees for the £10,000 spent.
Yes, maybe, but you are now asking Virgin to void the contract which cuts both ways. You are asking them to consider that the contract was never entered into but expect them to provide the ‘perks’. They have made no money of of the £10k of transactions and the deal is that you pay the annual fee to get the voucher. If you get the points and voucher that’s an amazing result but frankly the wrong one.
