Are you asking if you can book purely cash tickets for your return, it’s not clear what you want to do?

You could book cash tickets for your return but it’s likely to be very expensive. That booking would remain separate from the outbound one (though that’s not necessarily a problem). You can’t apply a companion voucher to cash tickets.

This feels like a poor use of avios, cash and your companion voucher. A better option would have been to use your avios and voucher for return flights for 2 of you (or 3 if you had enough avios), then booked a cash ticket or BA Holiday for the other person (or people). As it is you’re going to have to spend a lot of money on your return tickets and you’ve only used half the companion voucher.
