Conrad standard rooms are big. They are one of the biggest standard rooms in Tokyo. There is no question about that. They are great even if decor is a bit dated, but it’s maintained well. I would personally only stay in bay view rooms as the city view is a bit meh. I am just not keen on location if the purpose of the trip is to have a nice room and sightsee.
Hilton Shinjuku also has very good sized rooms, but after some renovation it’s more expensive in points, but oddly much less in cash than Conrad. It’s in better location.
You are going to have to make compromises.
