having done some contract work for this organisation in the past I can advise that their IT systems are not just legacy, they are just unfit for purpose.
Almost all of it is out of vendor support, and is wide open to security breaches.
factor in the limited ability of the overseas IT support, possible insider corruption, and a general lack of capital to make things any better I wouldn’t be holding a significant amount of points on the platform. Granted they seem to be acknowledging that it’s a reoccurring issue but the stress and hassle just isn’t worth it.
