I’ve started asking for 2 drinks
We managed three G&Ts on NCL-LHR last month, proactively offered by the fantastic inflight manager. I had to turn down a 4th!
In such cases of excellent service I always note the crew member’s name and complete the ‘staff compliments’ form on the BA website. Whether or not it makes any difference (or indeed ever gets back to them) I don’t know, but feedback should be given when things go right also.
