Hit the target on 27th/28th October yet no voucher still. Amex live chat told me 1/2 calendar months. I was shocked and actually asked them if it was a joke or error. But nope. 1/2 is what I’ve been told.

Looks like there’s a backlog / technical issue. Wish they were honest instead of telling me I might have to wait 4-8 weeks. I had plans to book flights soon.

We also hoped to have booked flights already with ours.

I spoke with Amex chat today and they told me it should have been issued by now. Apparently they have opened an investigation and I should get an update in 7 to 10 business days. Clearly no consistency going on in terms of response.
