Thanks @JDB. The ‘reset’ option had crossed my mind, but I had been of the view that approach had been tried and failed by others on here in the past – the system is gospel and can’t be messed with. I could have that entirely wrong though? I’ll get in touch with them and clarify that this would also be considered acceptable resolution of my issue. Thanks!
