As @BA Flyer IHG Stayer says, the rules for BA flights are pretty easy, especially at the moment.

If you are confused your best bet would be 2 x return domestics/DUB flights, maybe try to make a city to Belfast, Edinburgh or Dublin if you need to justify it.
