I recently cancelled a 2-4-1 from LHR to JNB, 26 hours before outbound flight. I was unable to do it through manage my bookings so had to call. The endorsement on my ticket is identical to yours. All Avios and money were returned within 24 hours apart from £70 deduction.

If you cancelled more than 24 hours before departure and a few days have passed, then I would give them a call. I think I recall being told it could take up to 48 hours for both to be returned. By that point of conversation I was so relieved I had got through in time to cancel, I wasn’t paying too much attention!
