Like noted above, you can’t sell but you can gift points and if you’re a silver member you can gift the companion voucher.
If you do happen to be silver member and are in a generous mood, I’d happily take the voucher! 😉

As for the points, there’s lots of ways you can redeem them, so I would keep hold for now.
