How did you manage 2 retentions within a year? I had one during summer and when I called today they said that I already had one and normally retentions resets every 12 months.

Reports would suggest that those who took up the jumbo welcome offer in late 23 / early 24 have been particularly favourably treated and the same is happening for those who only signed up in November 24 but are already getting retention offers of up to 75k! Bonkers but true.
