Apparently my BA anniversary date was 8th June according to a previous note I found. As these 250 points all posted after April 1st 2024, I’m still confused if my Bronze is automatically going to renew for a year on 1st April 2025, despite the tracker on BA’s site showing me at 250/300 points to keep gold with the deadline being March 31st.

Would it be that I keep Bronze until 31st March 2025 and also carry over 250 points, so I actually need to earn 50 points after April 1st to keep it from 1st April 2026? And therefore me trying to earn 50 before March 31st won’t count for anything?

From the HFP article it says for those with memberships expiring 8th June, “A Tier Point Adjustment will be made at the start of your shortened collection period (on 9th June 2024), re-crediting any tier points and qualifying flights you earned from 1st April 2024 – 8th June 2024
Any status earned or renewed during this period will be valid until 30th April 2026”

So if reading correctly, as I earned my Bronze status on 22nd April 2024, is that now staying until 30th April 2026 and hence earning the remaining 50 tier points on my tracker expiring 31st March 2025 is pointless/does nothing?
