Hi, my partner has unknowingly she had a BAEC account when singing up with AMEX BA card. So AMEX opened a new BAEC account for my partner. Months later, we found out that she has an old BAEC account, which has only a 1000 avios points in a household account. What should we do? The old account is in the same name and email address, different living address i would assume, and is in a household account. What should we do?
She should call BA exec club and have the points moved to her new one and the old account closed.
