Hi, has anyone booked, flown and got their 50% rebate of Virign Points back? I booked a flight and due to fly on Jan 6th taking advantage of the deal. Just starting to get a bit stressed about getting the Virgin points back once flown. Any feedback would be greatly apprecaited. 🙂
Is there any reason you are worrying about this in particular? A quick search shows reports that the rebates ARE indeed posting https://tinyurl.com/yrn8vs4p . The terms of the offer say you should get the points refund 28 days after travel.

@Mbaldrick Your not alone.. I booked flights for march time to the Caribbean.. I was surprised the VA call centre team wasn’t aware of the offer.
I tried to contact VA on social media and via email they told me I had to reach out to Virgin Red app which wasn’t easy to do.. Once I did I just get a very generic response even though I provided all the details.. Even then i’m not that confident because I rarely use the Red app.
The only thing i was told was your flight booking should show up on the Virgin app.
I’ve booked two individual legs, both now 28+ days since flown. One has seen the rebate, after exactly 28 days, the other hasn’t, 40+ days and counting. I think I now need to chase it up although unsure where, Virgin Atlantic or Virgin Red?
I’m currently mid-trip and have already had my 50% rebate of points, even though I’ve not yet taken my return flight!
