Has anybody had any issues with the Aesop offer? I spent the qualifying amount in a standalone Aesop store, which is listed on the Aesop website. However the offer didn’t trigger, after speaking to Amex they claim that I did not spend at a participating location. I re-checked the offer conditions, which states participating stores or online, but when I click on the link for participating locations, I am only taken to the Aesop website rather than a defined list of locations. Seems like an issue with the offer setup?
Sometimes you have to insist with them because they like to make up their own rules.
If there’s no defunded list of locations and it just takes you to the website then I would say all locations listed on that website are included and they should manually raise your credit.
