Just wondered if anyone had experience with doing the match between ALL and QR at all? I am about to fly with them for the first time this year and wondered if anyone had any experience? I do sincerely hope the quota has filled up as if I credit the flight to Qatar and they wont match the ALL status, I wont be a happy bunny.
What level are you in ALL ? Reading on FlyerTalk thread, quota for QR Platinum already reached by June (probably much earlier)
As a Diamond, I linked when first announced & only later read there are quotas – had normally transferred points to Iberia at 1:1 – unfortunately QR exchange is 2:1.
Gather I have to wait 12 months before I can change back to Iberia. Holding 130k, so it makes quite a difference.
The top tier quota is laughably low. To be honest I expected it to be filled by 6am on 1st January so I was surprised when I was in Doha in Feb and they told me it wasn’t filled for the year yet.

I am gold in ALL so hopefully will be getting silver status with Qatar. I do hope that I enter in the Quota but lets see.

Hi. I have just achieved Platinum status with Accor All and I’m keen to see if I can take advantage of the status match to get Gold Privilege status with Qatar. Is anyone able to confirm what classifies as an “eligible flight” with Qatar Airways? I have multiple award flights booked this year, but I guess they won’t qualify as eligible flights.
Happy to report still some ALL Accor Diamond upgrades to Qatar Platinum available.
Just about to land in DXB and account already showing Platinum after short (paid) flight
