I’ve booked 2 outbound seats for LHR-CHQ using a voucher in CE and the return Econ with no voucher, as separate bookings.
There is now CE availability for the return but you can’t book CHQ-LHR using a voucher .
I’ve got more vouchers, how can I change the two booking to get LHR-CHQ return both legs in CE?
You can’t apply a voucher to an existing booking, so you would have to cancel and rebook both legs together. However if there are no further CE outbound seats on offer there is no guarantee the existing pair will reappear.
BA might possibly be able to do this over the phone for you, for the fare difference plus £35 pp change fee, though some agents aren’t that knowledgeable about the Barclays voucher.
Or cancel and rebook yourself online.
You might not want to risk the seats not going back into the inventory if there are no more available to book.
