Amex Avios to BAEC transfer option

I’m a newbie to Avios. I was lucky to register in time for the 70k bonus. I spent all 3k(had a big spend) and can see the points in my Amex app but I dont know how do I transfer them to BAEC. I tried with website as well but dont see any option.

Any help is appreciated.

They are transferred automatically each month as long as Amex has your BA account number and all your details match!
