Amex Platinum Harrods offer

Hi, can anyone confirm if the current 10% cashback will definitely only work in-store?

I bought something online recently (and accidentally used the wrong Amex so no cashback anyway) but it went through as Harrods Los Angeles, bizarrely. The website is run by FarFetch, I think, which may explain it.

It is therefore possible it doesn’t trigger because the store shows as Harrods London.

Also worth noting, because of the FarFetch thing, that availability on the website doesn’t always have much in common with Knightsbridge.
