Amex Platinum -> Priority pass

Received platinum card more than a week ago but associated priority pass card not yet received.
What’s recent experience in terms of gap between the two.

Previously priority pass came within few days of receiving the platinum card.

Mine took a further two weeks to arrive. It’s not as quick as it used to be

You can still use a digital pass while you are waiting for the plastic card to arrive.

My amex piatinum was approved while I was away – but luckily I was able to access a priority pass Lounge ok on the flight back from Budapest before I’d even got access to the amex card itself.

Will try and call,up priority ass team to get a passcode and set up online account to access digital card via app if it does not come within next couple of days.
