Amex tier point promotion thingy

I have signed up for the spend 15k get 100 tier points offer with my Amex BAPP card. I’ve even clicked on the links on the forum and it says, you have already enrolled on this promotion. So I know I’m in. How do I find out when I signed up and how much I have spent so far? I have trawled my online account and can’t find any info anywhere. Thanks in advance

I’m not sure there is any way to see this on the Amex website or app. You would probably need to phone American Express to ask.

I took a screenshot when enrolling to evidence not only the date/time, but also that I had definitely enrolled. This is something that I do for most important offers, SUBs, etc.

Thanks RK228, I contacted Them. Got my start date and balance. You are correct you cannot do it online you have to contact them

Or now you know the start date use a spreadsheet or even just a list of the transactions to keep your records.

Is anyone tracking this?
On chat I asked Amex what my start date was and progress towards the £15k target . The figure they gave for the spend is significantly higher than actual spend since the enrolment date for this offer. Are they using total spend for the card year ?

I wouldn’t be surprised if some agents got it wrong. Maybe ask again, if two agents say the same thing which turns out to be wrong then you have a valid complaint
