Amex Travel website issues

Are there tips and tricks to using the Amex travel web site or is it broken?

I used it to book a hotel and was charged twice once as pre pay then on check out as pay at hotel ..

Now I’m looking at flights and it’s refusing to acknowledge a direct flight from MAN to ATH on agean air .. it wants to route me through Brussels.

There’s a warning that they are having issues putting in LCCs in searches. So I’m guessing that’s associated with your issue.

I haven’t used Amex Travel in a while, but I used to have problems with getting Aegean to show up too, I had to specify Aegean as the only airline and also specify the time of each flight with the search time being 3-4 hours before the actual flight time
