Morning. Have an upcoming flight LHR-AMM (CE out, Economy Return) – booked as two one ways with a Barclaycard voucher on outbound for 2pax.
The booking engine quoted the following price (for 2 passengers):
LHR – AMM / CE Off Peak / RFS / 27,500 Avios + £205 + Barclays Voucher.
AMM – LHR / Economy Peak / RFS / 30,500 Avios + £81
Total – 58,000 + £280The correct Avios were deducted, however my card has only been charged £12.50 x 2 (for the outbound), and £0.50 x 2 (for the return).
I have a Ticket number (starting 125) in the app for both booking references.
I called BA to query this, and their systems are insisting that I’ve paid the full amount and the flight is fully ticketed – despite my credit card statement saying otherwise.
Has anyone experienced something this before? While I’ll certainly take an IT glitch in my favour, I’m primarily concerned I’ll not be able to online check in and then only have hours to try and resolve it.
Yes happened to me when using the BAPP voucher to Tel Aviv. Very much a ‘bank error in your favour’ situation.

Just booked flights to AMM for £81 each plus 27,500 using a companion voucher
I’ve only been charged £1 for each flight.
On the receipt it says
Payment Total GBP 162.00
Fare Details GBP2.00 + Tax/Fee/Charge GBP0.00 = GBP 162.00Doesn’t make sense to me!!
