Applying for Barclaycard Avios Plus after cancelling Barclaycard Platinum

I had a Barclaycard plat which I closed 1 month ago (no longer showing in my account ) , if I apply for the avios plus card so that I can get the 100k offer (I have premier banking already) is the application/ offer likely to go through or will it either decline or go through without the offer

How good is there it system to check this

In theory, after you close any type of Barclaycard, you can’t open any other Barclaycard for six months, but I don’t know how effectively/systematically that is enforced. You mention that you have Premier already – you need Avios Rewards to be switched on as well for the 100k if you are successful in applying for the Avios Plus card.
