I’m going into ‘Combine my Avios’ on BA website, and don’t have an option to select AerClub to transfer Avios to/from AerClub to BAEC. Is there a known issue?
The web site doesn’t allow Aerclub log in when choosing ‘avios partners’. The new website doesn’t even list Aerclub/Avios partners as an option – only Finnair/Qatar/Iberia – and links to BP and Nectar. Terrible system. Was 40 minutes on the phone yesterday explaining the issue. The just don’t see it.

It does for me.

It lists it in the same header as Iberia.

I’ll try again Chris Thanks
I find the “new look” website doesn’t show avios partners/Aer Lingus.
The “old look” still does. I haven’t found a reliable method of forcing the old look, just switching browsers incognito etc until it comes up.
Just in case this is of use! I found the option to transfer to Aer Lingus but kept getting an error when using an Apple device. A google search led to a suggestion switching off “prevent cross-site tracking” in Settings > Apps > Safari would work. Which it did after refreshing the page.

That requirement has been posted in red on both the Iberia and BA websites for the last few weeks. No need to send your private data to Google!

I have been getting the option to connect to Avios Partners for the last couple of months without any difficulty, on both the Iberia and BA websites (apart from a couple of days earlier this last week, when the whole Combine My Avios just timed out). But it never manages to actually connect to AerClub, and has been failing every time I try for the last four months or so.
I have tried to get Combine My Avios to connect to AerClub while already logged into AerClub – that does not work either.
Incredibly frustrating
BA – Iberia does connect OK – I have managed to transfer Avios between them on a couple of occasions.
