Has anyone else had problems with the automatic conversion? I set this up for the offer that started in February whereby a conversion needs to take place in Feb, Mar, April and May. The points have come out of my nectar account but can see them going into my BA account. Nectar say to contact BA and BA say to contact Nectar…. any advice?
How long has it been? I’ve had one successfully transfer. Haven’t checked the last one

I’ve done it from the start, not aware of any issues. I get enough bonus points to convert every week. When are prizes awarded, is it at the end of the promotion??
7 Feb, 28 Feb, 14 March, 21 March and another transfer about to take place on Monday. I’m concerned that because the points aren’t showing that they will not qualify for the draw which was the point in doing the automatic conversion in the first place. I am sure that I checked after the first one and it was ok but now can’t seen any of them in my BA account.

I’m not sure but i did get 125 bonus nectar points from BA but with no email or anything to confirm what it was for.

Perhaps the 125 points were the bonus on your February spend which went in to nectar accounts. In my nectar account it’s listed as “British Aiwways bonus reward”
Are you sure you actually linked to your BAEC account and not someone else’ by accident ?
I don’t remember the security / matching being all that specific.
