Hi
can anyone help me,
I attempted a combine my avios from BAEC to avios.com and an error message appeared that the transfer failed. Later I saw that my avios had left my BAEC account but there is nothing in my avios.com account.
I never received any email from either confirming the transfer.
Who should I contact to help me?When was the last time you had the activity other than transferring in on Avios.com? Your account might have expired if there was no activity for 36 months.
