Has anyone else seen that Avios Hotels has been completely rebranded and now collect/spend are merged. Also it’s 10:1 rather than 15:1. Whether the Ts & Cs have been fixed I don’t know; somebody would need to do a booking and see what emails they get.
Seems a lot snappier and easier to use. Login also had the option of token-based auth through TouchID on my Mac. Generally feels like 2023.
Yeah i have seen that. Although the website looks better, there is less incentive now to book with Avios Hotels. I can often find cheaper offers with same hotel elsewhere, benefit was 15 Avios per £1 spent. Sometimes BA Shop has some offers for booking.com, that might be worth exploring more when offers are available.

Current booking.com offer is poor. I’m sure they’ll have a special on at some point. I’m generally nervous about the Avios Hotels now after getting into an MCOL with them.
If prices are the same, I’d have taken the older website and bigger kickback!
I always do an analysis of points vs cash vs booking vs avios. Some chains or hotels are worth booking via Avios (under the old 15 avios) though some were considerably more than booking or direct.
I have one booking with Avios hotels for April ’24 and assume I should get 15/£ as promised at time of booking
