Avios point calculation for redemption

I’m looking to book an Avios redemption to Ammam and the H4P calculator shows 31,250 peak in CW so 63000 return and using a 241 voucher it should be that for 2 passengers. BA call center and online are showing it as 140,000 Avios return. Is this an error or something to do with the recent changes? Or that although issued before the split between premium and non premium the voucher I’m using an old style 241?

With an old style 2 4 1, you are now forced to redeem at the ‘highest Avios, lowest cash’ rate per Robs recent article , courtesy of the RFS changes on long haul BA….
