Avios redemption + partner airline elite status benefits?

Hi folks. Apologies if a question like this has been asked already.

How would I go about making an Avios+companion voucher booking that also takes advantage of RJ Gold Sparrow elite status? Unlike a cash booking, I would obviously need to be logged into BA.com to make the booking. But if I want to have seat selection & lounge access etc via RJ, how would I go about to make that work?

Lounge access you can just show your card with the BP, but I don’t know how you are going to sort the seats as a reward CV booking will have your BAC account attached to it, unless you can do it via the RJ website?

There are guides on some of the other threads on how to do this, but book as usual on ba.com (etc) and then change the frequent flyer number associated with the booking using ‘manage your booking’ on royal air Maroc. IIRC when using RAM the phone number bit is a little fiddly.
