On the 19-Apr I had to cancel a Club Europe Avios booking for flights scheduled on 26-Apr (EDILHR) and 10-May (LHREDI). Originally we paid 34k + £100.00.
– Should we have received the Avios back by now?
– Should the refund be £30? (i.e. £100 minus 2x £35)?TIA
Yes you should have had them back by now.
A call to Exec Club should sort it out quickly
What was the cash element per person on each ticket? That will help determine what the refund will be.
Thanks @BA Flyer IHG Stayer – I utilised the 34k + £100 option when booking.
Cancelled one 3 weeks ago that had to go to the back office as I’d changed it. Avios and CV back in a couple of days but the £30 refund (booked the Avios plus £100 option too, wish I’d done the £1 RFS now!) has still not turned up.
I will have to phone and chase.
