Ok so it’s been a while and I am trying to transfer avios between BA and Iberia. The response is timed out and from my reading this is a common issue and has been going on for months.
If I try the Aer Club Route I am directed to log into BA.com and so far have been unable to locate a combine my avios page on AerClub.com.
The Iberia account has zero balance and has been like this for some time. I just want to move 1 avios to ensure it is all ok ahead of the April1st Changes when I will use it exclusively going forward unless there is a better programme.
Because the account is/was dormant Iberia plus will not let me have access to combine my avios. But as I cannot move any in its rather a catch 22.
Any advice with directions and or links would be appreciated.
Iberia should work if EVERYTHING in your profile matches your BA profile.
Importantly, look at ‘First Surname’ ‘Second Surname’ on the Iberia profile which is where a lot of people go wrong, although I can’t remember which one ba.com matches against your BA surname.

Should be first surname. Second surname should be blank (assuming you only have one!)
If you are not sure what you have or want to modify, you can use this page, selecting modification/update, then Iberia plus.
