Does anyone know how to contact the BA eStore?

Made a large instore purchase a while ago, even though payment card was registered no Avios awarded nor sale recorded. Raised a claim through the usual online form with supporting receipt but no acknowledgement let alone Avios credited. Waited 3 weeks then submitted again, same non response.

I would let this go but it was a large purchase with 12 Avios per £1 payable. I cannot find any other way to follow up.

    Help appreciated.

I know sometimes they can take ages to post and in the case of, for example, hotels .com I believe they only post after your actual stay, which if you’ve booked a year in advance is obviously a long time!

I had the same question last week. Ended up calling the BA Exec club telephone number. They advised to wait 90 days and if not credited to send BA evenidence of the purchase.

    Somewhat helpful.

Seems odd that there was no acknowledgement as it is automatic with the online chat system. I have always had an acknowledgement when uploading receipts but waited a while for the formal repsonse to say if it was valid. However I have been caught a few times with the small print and the claim was not valid

I thought the same re auto aknowledged, hence resent to be sure not missed anything. Claimed in the past for online purchases and always been aknowledged. This is the first claim that I have made for an instore purchase and wondering if maybe the claim process does not acknowledge. As I said in my first post I would not expend the effort if it was not for the fact this is 12 Avios per £1 on a purchase of several £K.
