BA Executive Club tier points from Qatar Airways?

Hi all, I’ve read mixed things about whether you earn BA tier points from Qatar. Anyone confirm ?

I’m trying to get Gold by 8th June 2023, currently on 750 – and flying LHR-DOH-BKK business with Qatar in a few days – I’m assuming its 140 for each leg ? so 560 return? That would put me around 1310 .. about 190 short of Gold.

If this is right .. I’ll try and find some EU flights to hit up that 190 (hard) or just try and wang another business trip to the US :o). Unless there’s any other way of earning Tier points in a short time period ?

If I wont get the tier points from Qatar, then I dont stand any chance of getting the 750 pts needed in the next 3 months so I wont bother :o)

Yes you get 140 TPs for each of the legs in your itinerary.

Yep, you earn tier points on QR.

I went out on QR to Manila via Doha 2 weeks ago and received the 280 TP and Avios 4 days after the last flight arrived.

I flew back to London on Friday and still waiting, but expect them mid week all going well.
