None of by BA booking are appearing in the AwardWallet trips section. The account is fine and refreshing avios points balance etc.
I’ve had this is in the past were a refresh from a web browser causes the booking to disappear. The workaround (for me) was to refresh via the app and the booking would re-appear, but this doesnt work anymore.
Is anyone else experiencing similar behaviour?
I think I’ve worked out what’s going on.
The majority of the time my bookings aren’t visible – the website never shows them, claiming tech issues. You can manage the booking in MMB, but doesnt show in the “My bookings” section. The app has issues also – most often you need to pull-down to refresh an empty list, only to be told there are tech issues and to try later.
so, if AwardWallet is refreshing automatically when BA are having issues you will find your trips details being purged.
