Having a browse of BA Holidays and noticed they havee extended the double tier points offer until December 2024. Apologies if this is old news!

It has been mentioned today, but is probably worth a separate thread. My Silver expires in August next year so this is great news for me. Does this mean I need 300 TPs-worth of BA holidays to get to Silver again between September and December 24?
There is an existing thread that covers everything to do with the offer

@NL well you still need 600 but yes if you find a BA Hol with 300 then doubling up will get you there,
As an aside I just realised that the trip I’ve booked to NYC next January will now net me 560 TP.
Need to dig out that list of 160 TP routes. 80 more for the MAN connections!

NL – exactly what I will be doing! These are the times when needing a domestic connection makes sense.
Sorry if a silly question , if I book a holiday for 2 weeks to Florida in business class on BA and only book 5 nights accom I’ll get 560 tier points ? And if I book this as an example in Aug for travel Jan , I will get the normal miles as you get now (as I see this is all changing in Oct)
Thanks
Check the Ts and Cs – I don’t know if it’s just a minimum of 5 nights, or whether it has to be for the full duration. I recall reading as well that the hotel has to be at the destination so it wouldn’t include an airport hotel, for example.

Still a minimum of nights within the flight period.
My year end is July 8th but card expiry is August 31st – what date does the collection year reset?
Still have fond memories of my pandemic era ski trip to Denver that was caught up in an earlier extension of this scheme and then re-routed to unexpectedly give me 1,000 tier points for about £1,500 travelling in F.
Those were the days. Only drawback was the fungal infection that I developed after wearing a facemask for 9 hours under the unflinching gaze of a super-fussy AA crew member.
