BA Holidays double tier points if booked through Amex?

Apologies if this has been asked before. If I book a 5 night plus BA holiday through AMEX or Expedia etc and not directly on the BA website would the promo still be applied. I’ve read the T and C on BA but none the wiser.

It’s not a BA Holiday unless you book it with BA.
