Can anyone advise if I remember correctly that the BA holidays double TP offer is now also applicable for journeys starting outside of the UK ?

For the double tier points it still needs to be originating in the UK. I believe the change was that it can now also be ex USA as well, on slightly different terms.

Found the T&Cs and yes, has to originate in the UK.

The booking must be for a British Airways Holidays Flights + Hotel or Flights + Car or Flights + Hotel + Car package booking originating in the UK only.

UK includes Jersey in terms of BA.
