BA – LHR – T5 – Overnight Bag Drop

As per this page Overnight Bag Drop is available from 6 PM the night before.

Has anyone managed to successfully ask BA to take bags earlier say at 5 or 5:30 PM?
Also any Do’s and Don’t are greatly appreciated.

Apparently 6pm is hard wired into the system and can’t be over ridden by check in staff.

So one don’t would be not to turn up before 6!

You need to remember that this is also check in and not merely dropping bags off so everyone in the party needs to be there – as per your link.

Is there any dedicated counter or can I go to any desk?
I believe for CW I can go to Zone H at LHR T5.

It’s just like checking in, so go to where you would go the next morning.
